Built on Microsoft Intune and Azure, it connects support technicians with employees to quickly troubleshoot issues through attended, permission-based sessions. Conditional Access, role-based access control, Just-In-Time elevation, and audit logs help protect sensitive data and maintain compliance. Technicians can view or take full control (with consent), verify user identity, and see device compliance signals to resolve problems faster. Remote Help supports Windows and, where available, Android Enterprise management scenarios, reducing downtime and service costs while improving user productivity.
