Universal Print for students

Microsoft Universal Print delivers a modern, secure, cloud-based print solution for education and commercial environments. Administrators register and manage printers in Microsoft Entra ID via the Universal Print portal, eliminating on-premises print servers and enabling user-based, location-aware printer discovery. Students and staff sign in with Microsoft Entra ID to easily find and print to assigned printers from Windows and web-enabled experiences.

This offer is the stand-alone Universal Print service. Organizations with eligible Windows or Microsoft 365 subscriptions may already have rights to Universal Print. The service includes a monthly base pool of print jobs that automatically renews with your subscription.
