Microsoft Universal Print delivers a cloud-based print solution for schools and universities, removing on-premises print servers and simplifying printer management. Administrators register and manage printers in the Universal Print portal using Microsoft Entra ID, while faculty and students securely discover and print to available devices—on campus or remotely—using Windows.

This stand-alone subscription may already be included with select Windows or Microsoft 365 plans. Universal Print provides a monthly allotment of print jobs that automatically renew with your subscription.
