Universal Print

Microsoft Universal Print is a cloud-based print solution that modernizes print management for education and commercial organizations. Administrators register and manage printers via Microsoft Entra ID and the Universal Print portal, reducing on-premises print server dependencies and simplifying deployment and security. Users signed in with Entra ID can easily discover, select, and print to organization-approved printers from Windows and web-enabled experiences.

This stand-alone subscription may already be included in certain Windows or Microsoft 365 plans. Universal Print provides a monthly base allocation of print jobs that automatically renews with your subscription.
