Skype for Business Plus CAL enables enterprise voice capabilities for organizations using Skype for Business Server on‑premises or via a qualified hosting partner. It adds PSTN calling, advanced telephony features, and call management to the Standard CAL, supporting features such as call hold, transfer, forwarding, team call, response groups, and enhanced 911 (E911) where available. Integrate desk phones and soft clients, connect to the public switched telephone network (PSTN), and manage users centrally through familiar Microsoft administration tools.
